As the name implies, idea is for Thrawn to make all the money and buy FN nice things.
Ideal starting hand is Imperial Discipline, Imperial inspection, Logistics, or a 2-cost upgrade. If you are playing a three-character deck like Vader or Mace, go for Best Defense.
Get Discipline onto Thrawn ASAP. Roll him out and make some money. The goal is to dump all kinds of redeployable stuff onto FN. Pull damage off him with Best Defense, and eventually get a couple T-7s or rocket launchers onto him. Then start swinging for the fences after you use Thrawn to get rid of their removal.
