Nice idea, im working on a luke / wookie deck also, glad to see another fellow destiny player with this up, ive play tested and found life dept didnt do enough when it mattered / but our decks are very similar / would also swap out "trust your instincts" for at least x1 Rend - good job!

@Archlotr Thanks! That may be a good idea about Rend. There were so many cards I wanted to fit in here though. I'm still trying to work out what works and what doesn't. As for Life Debt, I've had games where it didn't really do me much good, and games where I took 6 damage off Luke just rolling the Wookie. It's on the maybe pile though.

How do you feel about Do Or Do Not instead of Concentrate? It's not as consistent, but its free and gives you a lot of value out of your character dice, whether its 4 damage or 2 Shields/Resources. Another good option might be Defiance. I've been trying to get that card to work and this seems like the perfect deck for it. Lots of 2 and 3 sides.

So, I was going to suggest a second copy of My Ally Is The Force since you want to see it early enough to use it before Luke dies, but how do you feel about Battle Rage instead? My Ally is going to give you an extra 3 damage at most, Battle Rage gives you 2 for only 1 resource (although you have to use it at the right time). I've found it to be a pretty awesome surprise burst card in my testing.

I like this list! Hope you have success with it. Luke/Wookie seems really promising.

@WayneMcPain Great ideas! Do or Do Not and Battle Rage were in my maybe pile. You might be right about Concentrate... I put it in there to replace Use the Force that was in a Luke/Rey deck I was playing, but I might give that a try. I like My Ally is the Force for the opportunity to do a huge blow out move, but Battle Rage might be worth trying out. Thanks for the suggestions!

There are definitely two schools of thought here, but I tend to land in the camp of taking any opportunity to lower the cost curve of your deck if able. If you can get a semi-comparable effect for cheaper cost, even if its a little more situational, I usually take it, especially in decks that have character dice with resource costs and few natural ways to generate income.

Interesting partner choice for Luke. I know you have Moisture Farm, but are resources an issue given the Wookie Warrior's need for them? I saw the comments on Battle Rage vs My Ally is the Force. I still like MAITF here given it has Ambush to allow a double hit and it can be played any time. Battle Rage is only good several rounds in. I had been testing with Kanan and liked that but Wookie Warrior is intriguing. Nice deck.

Also Synchronicity is a noteworthy addition - which i have been running instead of My ally is the force, its a 0 cost card vs 2 cost and i always get at least 1 off each game given the amount of shield sides on the upgrades along with the characters. + Rebel war room is my go to battlefield to save on resources

@Dougall I picked Moisture Farm because it felt like a safe one to go with while I tested. So far in games using it, I've been pretty solid on resources. It's nice for getting Lone Op, Vibro, and maybe Rey's saber on Luke, while still being able to pay for events. When I get more comfortable with the deck, maybe I'll try some other battlefields. Any suggestions?

Moisture Farm could be one of the best choices if using Wookie Warrior. Tough call. The other option I was thinking was maybe Rebel War Room - Yavin IV. This will allow you to claim and resolve the Wookie's die without paying the resource cost.
