I’ve been playing vehicles for a long time. There’s just something fun about throwing down a U-Wing or Millennium Falcon to pick apart your enemies. With Worlds just around the corner, Original and ForeverFett asked me to help them prepare by playing vehicles against them. I built this version of four-wide hero vehicles so they could prepare against a deck that I think will be represented in some form at Worlds. Hero Vehicles has made a comeback in the past few weeks to the point where it is viewed as maybe the deck to beat going into Worlds. In this article I want to give you a look inside a different version of the deck that I think can be a real contender.

There were 2 Diplomatic Protection in this deck for a good while. However, after several games, it began to clog up our hands and 1 felt like a more optimal number. Republic Cruiser is on the short list of cards that were on the cusp of being included. For now, it felt as if having the opportunity to resolve additional direct damage was more valuable than longevity as it pertains to our vehicle lineup. There is a large suite of mitigation included in this deck to ensure that our opponents do not have an easy time defeating our characters. Once the we have established our board, the momentum has swung in our favor and we no longer need the Republic Cruiser. |
probably dont need Maz Goggles. add another Diplomatic Protection. and no Republic Cruisers?
