This deck got into the top 4 in the Winnipeg Store Championship on August 18, 2018.

I was in the first match of the final 4. I was up against a Bazine/Snoke/First Order, in the best of 3 we were one a piece before we realized I had submitted an illegal deck list. I got one card wrong.

The key to playing this deck is to keep the pressure up continuously. Try to use Imperial Backing to play a LR1K Sonic Cannon on round one. Keep a Battle Droid free to resolve it for huge damage. If you don't get a LR1K Sonic Cannon then an Imperial Troop Transport is just as good.

The other important part of this deck is Arena of Death - Nar Shaddaa. With it, you can claim to do a lot of damage and it isn't very useful when used against you.

An early game Award Ceremony is very handy for drawing cards. This is good since you need to get Attrition and Aftermath into play as quickly as possible.

There is very little mitigation in the deck so you need to be careful when you use it.

Out of curiosity, what was your illegal card that you had in your original deck?

Zamrod 113

There was no illegal card. I accidentally listed 2 Strength in Numbers and only 1 Endless Ranks in the deck list I submitted. I had been playing around with different combinations and went off of memory rather than actually check the cards in my deck.

That's unfortunate :(. With some additions from WotF, 5x Droids has actually been a deck that is deceptively good. Congrats on the top 4 finish!

How are you generating resources to pay for expensive supports? Aftermath and Drudge work just don't seem like enough.

Just wanted to say, Drudge Work/Aftermath is generally enough.

Also thanks for the list, I did one slight meta call change (took out Fall Back for another Disruption Array) and won a small store champ on Sunday. Fun deck! Very surprising to my opponents, beat a Cad Bane/Pryce, 2 Kylo/Snokes, and a Snoke/Aphra/Cienna vehicles.

@doctordredge Yeah, Drudge Work/Aftermath can generate a lot of resources. A surprising amount, actually. Battle Droids die easily and with that comes generally 2 resources. Plus you get some when you kill their characters. Also, it generally only costs 2 to play your vehicles due to Imperial Backing. Also do not underestimate how much benefit this deck gets from the Tech Team.

@WGHunter The Fall Back I added rather last minute since I was concerned that some deck would get 6 or more upgrades and be so overwhelming I couldn't stop it. But you are right, I did not play it once. It might be worth playing some anti support. Replacing one of the LR1K Sonic Cannon with an AT-ST is one possibly.
