I love the idea of being able to get your holocron off every single turn to be able to get dice out with Palpatine but it's also a double edge sword that the enemy can use against you to put the pain on.
Palpatine is so quick to claim the battlefield most of the time I don't see it being an issue. It also hits 5 other upgrades (10 cards) other then holo. Also very few people will pick throne room so you will start games that you lose the roll off with the shields.
