Done with what I have ^^'
With datapad and cunning specials, you can duplicate Command center, even if you lost initiative (or chose to lose for 2 shields). I also use datapad to come up with the 3 shields for 1 resource on Unkar's personal shield.
Not sure about Lying in wait, for the moment it was not fully useful, but I hope to finish someone with it ^^ Evade can easily be switched for dodge, you'll have money to pay for them
