This deck has a strong match-up against Aphra and Droids. It destroys all 4-Lom decks and Vader's Fist decks, but it has a weakness to hero shield decks like Reylo.

The goal of the deck is to use its massive 32 health pool to your advantage. Using Under Attack to remove damage dice (especially from Droids, which denies their resolve bonuses) and redistribute it to the Marauders is key.

Decoy is also a mechanic to force the opponent to pay full price for Fist or any other big support. If they use Delve, simply use decoy to fizzle their event. They essentially paid 3 resources for 1 damage.

Load Han with all upgrades. If they somehow kill him, all the redeploys will benefit your Mauraders. Do not worry that there are both melee and ranged damage types. The deck is still fast and usually claims well before your opponent.

No allegiance gives you more resources and an ambush action. Opponents often underestimate the paid sides of the Marauder, not counting on Rendezvous or the ambush from using Theed. The indirect damage from their ability adds up.

The decks reliance on indirect damage makes it a weak pairing against Hero shield decks. That is the only thing which keeps it from being top-tier. But its ability to destroy support decks with ease makes it a great contender.

Also, Han should be elite. It was my first deck I posted. I forget to show he has two dice here.

I'm not sure that Decoy can counter Delve...

Kamenev 4

@lombotomy Of course it does. It is the same thing that can make Snoke's power action fizzle.

That decoy trick is really clever. I never even considered that a possibility.

Ran this Saturday at my prime Love the deck Made a guy hold delve for 4 rounds because of decoy. Acc caught one guy with the ploy. Went 2-4 but hit 3 reylo decks and scooped my last one so I cold let a kid have a .500

@allenirish66 That is nice to hear. I always feel that half of your success comes from your match-ups. If you had not run into 3 Reylos, you would have been near the top. Sadly, it beats non-shield decks as easily as it loses to Reylo. (( If that one deck was not a top meta deck, this deck would be among the best I think.
