Plan A:

Play ambush weapon on Rey for 2 actions, activate Sabine, playing either thermal paint(if you have infamous out) or another ambush weapon. Then resolve all dice. You should have either an easy pickings for dice control early on, or JTL/HP. Opponents should be down to one character after 3rd round ideally. This should leave you with little need for dice control.
