Hi all,

updated deck by removing the A280 Blasters (never really used these). I think I've used them, maybe 2 times out of 20 games. So, replaced them with Truce.

Now currently 20-0...

Strategy:

1st Opening hand you want the following...

Chance Cube, Any weapon with ambush (obviously you want x-8 over the holdout), Smuggling and any other 2 cards.

If you dont have Chance cube or any of the above, mulligan all. You basically wantan ambush weapon in opening hand regardless of cards you pick up.

Chance Cubes always played on Poe. Poes weapon on Poe (Obviously).

If you have NO ambush weapons in the discard pile, you will not get the full benefit of Sabines crazyness.

Anyway, I am sure 99.9% of people here know how to play her. So, give this deck a go and you will be surprised how strong this acutally is.

Use this deck (similar) and it is pretty strong. I don't use Chance Cube but otherwise very close. Only lost a couple games with terrible rolls.

Cool chance cubes are awesome and def worth testing. Ive played 20 games now, even against top aggro decks and kanan/qui gon and won all.

One of the most consistant decks Ive seen since kylo/fn.

If you dont have the ambush weapons... dont run this deck as it wont perform how it should. Plus, you would be very disappointed.

I guess Poe will be primary target most of the times, so you are fine with only 1 Second chance for Sabine? Maybe exchange an Negotiate for a 2nd Second Chance?

Games are usually over before using 1 second chance. So, def dont need 2... also you have the battlefield to keep putting it back on top of deck.

As i said ive played 20 games and won all. I admittedly used second chance but its very, very rare. Out of 20 games, Ive used Second Chance 2 times.

Also poe is just as dangerous even if Sabine dies. Players will be stupid goin for Poe first... If they did its pretty much game over for them

agreed, Sabine is target priority for anyone that knows better. Kill her before second chance arrives or she will murder you! That leaves Poe to build up and get very dangerous with his blaster and redeploy weapons and overkill is sick.

I have been using Sabine Wren - Explosives Expert with Ezra Bridger - Force-sensitive Thief to quite a bit of success. Adding red takes away Running Interference which is a great card against die mitigation. I'm also missing the abusive reuse of Thermal Detonator. I'll try this list out, but I HAVE to add at least one Detonator. What's your least favorite card in the deck?

Ive tested thermal in deck and it really dont work. It slows deck down. The idea is to activate poe then sabine with ambush resolve as much damage as poss...

I would recommend trying this deck first before doing any changes

A single die which represents 3, 6 or 9 damage... That's a big chunk of a team's life total. Infamous and Running Interference help me out now in mono yellow. I will do as you recommend, but it's a REALLY hard sell.

As I said ive had much success with this and not lost 20-0. If you are part of the fb video league some members there can tell you how strong this is, even with sabine on 1 dice...

Poe is highly underrated IMO. Ezra is almost worthless and mono yellow has some issues (I know Sabine/Ezra is the 'meta' right now), but Poes dice are crazy, basically 4 sides that can do damage (2 damage sides and 2 focus sides (his special is a free shield and focus).

Oh I understand @dpuck1998, that's why I'm here looking at the deck in the first place. :) I like Ezra's dice as they genuinely serve a purpose to either disrupt or steal or to be there for yellow card that I'm forgetting the name of that allows you to resolve one of their dice as your own. Having said that, I have also had Sabine burst down quickly and I lose every game after that happens.

Might add that poes special can turn apponants dice too

@barrinmstr That is the glory of this list, it does suck with 1 sabine die, but if Poe is targeted first she will melt them. If not, Poe has time to build up as well and he is tough with a couple weapons and 10 health. Plus the red cards really help a lot, just Honor Guard alone is worth using red.

It was actually Overkill that raised an eyebrow. I have enjoyed that card with Baze, so seeing it again makes me smile. I also enjoy the inclusion of Chance Cube. I played that with Thrawn and Lando previously. Good stuff. It does feel counter intuitive towards claiming early and often though...you have to spend time on playing it, and then rerolling it if necessary.

I'm willing to try this out but initially I don't think I can get on board with chance cube. If you say you don't need second chance due to early wins, running Interference seems like a much better option and then running moisture farm for the resource gain.

@ordinaryjedi you have effectively 4 focus sides to help get max value from the Cube. Poe Dameron - More Than A Pilot has the 2 and then his of course.

@dpuck1998 yes I have and still trying to figure out what to take out. I am still tweaking and currently trying friends in low places.

You do know once you use one second chance it's put in the set aside zone. You can't cycle it on top of your deck

@daveydtd at the moment, Second Chance can be recycled back to the top of your deck with Starship Graveyard. It has not been errata'd.

@daveydtd that was Ammo Belt and Hyperspace Jump. Second Chance has not been touched. Click on the card link to see. It says nothing about putting it in a set aside zone.

@dpuck1998 having testing several times. I decided not to put in Honor Guard as I find it slows deck down and that is not what I 2ant to achieve with deck

O wonder, if it is maybe worth it to play planetary uprising for fortutious strike. This deck generates plenty of resources and claims very quick too. F. Strike did perform mediocre in my few games with this decklist.

I wouldnt put planetary uprising in. I tried that and found it very hard to play it and ended up in the discard pile for rerolls.

As for F. Strike... it may perform mediocre, but id rather pay 1 for a reroll with the potential to do 0 to X dam is worth it in my opinion.

Best I done is 5 damage on a reroll from that and ended game early. One round including that I have managed to get 17 dam with 2 dam sitting in pool not being used.

I changed field medic for dug in as that pretty much gives 3 life rather than 2, makes sense.
