This is a budget deck that I saw on TTS one day. It is actually quite fun and surprisingly resilient. I am now thinking about how to update and tweak it. I think it might struggle against Bala unless you get really lucky and can blow him out first with Tactical Mastery and Squad Tactics. Regardless, I'm open to suggestions.
