This deck is designed to do one thing; annoy people!
Hondo is generally always the target so slap all upgrades at the start on Bib (Apart from Fast Hands)
This way it will split the opponents focus giving you time to wear down or at least kill one of the opponents characters. Normally I'll put a Blackmail on Bib Fortuna - Majordomo turn one which really puts pressure on, forcing a payment to get rid of the dice and also funding your mitigation/Crime Lord ramp.
So yeah its simple: 1) Hondo Ohnaka - Respected Businessman Specials 2) Make Money 3) Crime Lord 4) Profit
