So yeah. I have this mixed up a bit. It's not my normal kit but I am trying to sneak in a little more action cheating and the possibility of swiftness/WHTN combos. I think it might be a bit too optimistic in that vein. I was having terrible luck with Doubt and switched to Superior Position to test with. It is conditional but I generally have the battlefield so I think I will try it out.
I am thinking of removing Prepare for War but I am so used to having it that it makes me nervous to take it out. I am thinking of changing battle fields to Outer Rim Outpost - Nal Hutta as well since I rarely leave a die on the table that can utilize the Emperor's Throne Room - Death Star II effectively.
So any advice would be useful. I want to run this pair through Store Champs as they are announced so competition is the goal.

take out Prepare for War and add in 1 Scorched Earth and 1 Kallus' Bo-Rifle. Not a big fan of Phasma's Blaster unless you get it super early game. At least Kallus' Bo-Rifle has Ambush for the Quick Draw and Boba Fett - Deadly Mercenary Special give you higher damage. I played this at worlds. Went 3-3. Got first 2 losses immediately, but both games were so close, only losing by 1 health and some bad rolls each game. This deck is good and fun, but the games are going to last 5 minutes and it's 50/50 against tier 1 decks. You really need to do all your tricks and make sure you have their battlefield as you want shields. I also ran Sustained Fire as there are a lot of shields out there. Doubt might be better than Sound The Alarm, but that is preference. |
