I played this deck at an 11 person store champ and took first place. We played 4 rounds of swiss with a cut to the top 4. Semi-finals was best of 1 and the finals match was best of 3. All of my games except for the Poe/Cassian match up were live streamed on the Artificery twitch stream.
-
My first game was against ePoe2/eCassian. I was able to take out Cassian round 2 and then round 3 I did enough damage to Poe so that he only had 1 health left. After the game he told me that he didn't run any Second Chances or Hyperspace Jumps in his deck. The Hyperspace Jump was a card I was worried about the whole game because I thought he would have it, but he usually didn't have enough resources to play it anyway. WIN.
-
My second game I played against a eKylo2/eSnoke. I was really afraid to play against Kylo with a mono color deck. The game went 4 rounds if I remember correctly and called blue with Kylo's ability every time, but luckily for me he pulled a gray three times. WIN.
-
Third game was against Launch Bay OTK. He had a bad game just not being able to keep enough cards in his hand because of his bad draws and roll. WIN.
-
Final round of swiss was against eCad Bane/eSnoke. He was able to hit me with a 4 discard 2 turns in a row and he hit about 7 weapons. After killing cad bane I had plo koon and a padawan still alive with 1 weapon each and only about 6 cards left none of which were weapons. Luckily Snoke doesn't do much on his own. WIN.

I faced a eThrawn/eSnoke in the semi-finals. This was the most intense game of the tournament. I felt like I was winning the whole game right up until he played Dark Ritual to bring back Thrawn. I had enough damage to kill Thrawn a second time but instead decided to take out Snoke first, because he had a dh-17 and chance cube and I was more worried about his damage, and thrawn has no damage sides. Time was called during the next round and I was able to just barely get 6 damage for lethal after his mitigation. WIN.
-
In the finals I played against the same Cad Bane/Snoke that I played in swiss. First game I started out really strong, and he had a bad start. But he came back in the end to make it a really close game. However, I was able to take cad bane, and then I had enough money to keep cycling ancients on Plo Koon while I did enough damage to take out Snoke. H ended the game with 1 card in hand. WIN.
-
Second game I don't think anything special really happened, but he played a good game. LOSS.
- I did 4 damage to Cad Bane round 1 and then round 2 I dealt him 8 more to take him out while also dealing 2 to Snoke. It was an insanely lucky game for me and I ended up finishing off his Snoke round 3, but after I took out Cad Bane in round 2 he was like, oh, that's basically game.
I had a blast at this store champ, aonly my seond one ever. I brought this same deck to my first store champ only about a week before. But it was a 23 person event and I ended up missing the top 4 cut after going 3-1. This was just wht I needt to prove that this deck is ATLEAST tier 2. I would probably put it in tier 1.5. There are a few changes I am thinking about making to the deck. I don't like lightsaber training. I would take out the two normal lightsabers for a rey's saber and another Heirloom if I had them. I also really want to test out Honed Skills some more. I don't have 2 force speeds but that is something that could potentially fit in this deck.

How often were you able to claim and use that ability?
