I don’t know if you’re trying to stack Nute and Local Garrison, but those cards can’t drop your upkeep resources below 1. So they can stack if someone is playing Maz's Vault or something. You’ll never get your opponent to 0 respurces gained during upkeep.

@ChaChaTrevor mostly for the fail-safe of keeping them there if nute dies. nute is likely to be the first target.
