You can't start with I Will Not Turn, since it doesn't have a cost. If you want to used it, you have to start with Choose Your Destiny (or no plot at all).

@GregtheBiz Obi Spirit has a cost of 4

It may have a resource cost, but it doesn't have a "point value", which is what matters as per RRG page 7.
