I would question the outpost and force protection, and if you are going to use scout, might as well use promotion instead, also instead of force protection force throw already, force training instead of force protection as it works with both characters. |
Get resistance base, wait for opponant to claim battlefield/run out of resorces dump hand every turn |

The card |
Do you have access to more cards? I can make suggestions assuming you do. Nothing too crazy.
Cards I would like to see in the deck: Mind probe (probably a 1 of), Force Training, Promotion (focus and card draw and can add a modified damage of each type), Defensive Stance, Take Cover, Leadership (if you can keep qui-gon alive and loaded with force powers this will give your deck a lot of reach), Dug in, and maybe DH 17 (help Leia out before and after she becomes the only character of yours on the field).
Cards I am not a big fan of and think could get cut for something on the list above: BB-8, Outpost, Mind Trick, Willpower, LOGISTICS, and maybe Use the Force.
If you are going to play Outpost then maybe Echo Base is better for resolving that special than imperial armory.
As it stands it seems like the opponent will want to focus down Qui-Gon, which will shut off a ton of cards in your deck and leave a Leia which wont get very buffed by the upgrades you have. So you should focus on ways to keep Qui-Gon in the game and activating his ability as long as possible.
The deck seems fun and could be a lot more competitive with some changes. Good luck with it.
