So this is my take on Zeb/Yoda. It's a bit different then the other Zeb/ Yoda decks out there because A) It's based on the cards I have (IE only 1 Force Speed and 1 Ancient Lightsaber. This is definitely a high-risk, high-reward deck with the potential there to almost 1 shot any card you come up against depending on any mitigation. Pirate Speeder Tankis picked because I love this card and it's special is really strong. Double Running Interferencefor lock down purposes. Mitigation in Force Misdirection, Entangle, and Easy Pickings. Disable is there to counter such cards as the Y-Wing and Kylo Ren's Starfighter. I have been debating adding a second one to drop Hyperspace Jump. The bread and butter, and the ability to one shot thanks to Zeb Orrelios - The Last Lasat ability and sides, is Bestow. This will allow a potential weapons suit of 2 Vibrocutlass and Obi-Wan Kenobi's Lightsaber on Zeb.
Again this is high-risk, high-reward. Special chaining via Yoda - Wizened Master and the Battlefield should keep you up on resources. This is a theory as I have yet to play test this deck via TTS or against my buddy. I know there are other decks out there and thus I am not looking to run those exact decks or I would.
