I really feel like Bib is an underappreciated character. Sure, he has 9 health but boy can that special side be devastating if you pair him with the correct characters. Such as Aurra Sing - Deadly Shot.
Let's begin with Aurra's ability. You can discard a card from your hand to increase the value of her dice by one. Pair this with not one, but TWO 2 sides and suddenly Aurra can be pumping out 6 damage per turn, without even needing upgrades. And this is why she pairs so well with Bib Fortuna - Majordomo. You get to roll her out AGAIN. If you wanted to and had the cards for it, you can deal out 12 damage on the first turn, enough to kill off most characters, even with shields.
Her ability is also why you go for Starship Graveyard - Jakku, as it means you can discard upgrades and supports without worrying about never seeing them again. But wait, you lost the roll off and they chose their battlefield and not yours? Not a problem! Hard mulligan for Ascension Gun.
Most of the upgrades are to help out Bib should Aurra die. Relby-V10 Mortar Gun has base sides which pair well with Jetpack, for instance.
While Aurra is still alive, Comlink and Fast Hands are essential. Comlink gives you sides to turn Aurra to her 2 ranged side, while Fast Hands allows you to hit an opponent for 3 damage before they can mitigate you.
Infamous has an obvious use here, which is giving you ambush to resolve dice before the opponent can mitigate you. Meanwhile, Slave I not only gives you rerolls but also acts as mitigation and can stop pesky Yoda - Wizened Master decks.
Most of the events are self-explanatory. Quite a bit of mitigation in there, since we only have 19 health across both characters. Fight Dirty is an easy way to hit a character for a minimum of 4 damage on the off chance you roll badly. Disarm works well to stop an opponent getting too stacked, as Aurra is eaily capable of removing 2 cost weapons from play, and with cards that have 3 sides you can also get rid of powerful 3 cost weapons.
I like the looks of this deck. I just got Bib in draft last night and thought he was really fun. I'm going to see if I can build something with him , I don't have most of the cards you used in your build.
